“I think this is it, my official cause of death is going to be finals..”
“Lighten up. If you went to classes and study you’ll be perfectly fine.”
celinelundx:
“I sorry, but it seems the book your looking for has been borrowed by someone else. Maybe try again in a few days?”
Raisa groaned in frustration. “Is there any way to get like an email notification or something when it’s been returned? Or a waiting list so it’s not snatched up by someone else in the meantime?”
lcne-texas-ranger:
Sammuel shrugged with a knowing look as he calmed down a bit. Grinning as he did so. “Yeah, ya never know who’s a sushi-hatin’ weirdo.” A bit of a chuckle coming out of him. “But yeah, why not? Sounds like a plan!”
“Alright, sushi it is,” she nodded with a smile. “The perfect, healthy food to have for lunch. And a perfect way to repay me for playing the role of private lecturer,” she joked.
lcne-texas-ranger:
“Pfft, I won’t be the one sufferin’.” He chuckles, before smiling widely and nodding enthusiastically. “Hell yeah we can! I like ‘em spicy tuna rolls though, so we gotta hit those up. And ya can get whatever ya want, it’s on me, Miss Love Guru!”
Raisa was visibly relieved by his enthusiastic reaction. “Okay good. You never know. There are some weird people out there who just really don’t like sushi. We should go to the all you can eat sushi place nearby!”
lcne-texas-ranger:
“I’m still gonna take that advice, love guru or naw.” The Texan grins, shaking his head with a short chuckle. “And I bet’ll work in the end.” He hoped it work in the end. Klaus and Kya had been a duo for the longest of times, he’d hate to see them apart. “Sweet, what kind of food ya like?”
“Your call. Don’t blame me if it doesn’t work though,” she shrugged. “Ooh, can we get sushi? I haven’t had it in a while. Or are you one of those people who doesn’t like sushi? Because then we can totally get something else.”
lcne-texas-ranger:
Sammuel nodded, before putting his fingers to his mouth. Looking over to Raisa with a wide smile, chuckling a bit. “Two things then. First, ya ought to be a love guru or somethin’, cause your advice is pretty darn good. Second, can I take ya out to lunch? You probably just saved my friends ass.” The Texan asks her with a raised brow.
"Hardly,” Raisa chuckled. “They’re just words I live by. You should probably wait and see if it actually works before you start calling me a love guru,” she shrugged. “Yeah, sure. Not going to say no to food.”
heyynastasiya:
“Oh my god…” she said, she was rubbing her face in disappointment. “No. I completely forgotten about it. Was it a hard assignment?”
“Not really. It’s just a summary. But the text is very long. So it might still take a while to do it.”
heyynastasiya:
“Wait.. can you repeat what you have just said?? We have a homework?!“
“Yeah. It was the summary assignment he set like two weeks ago. Didn’t you write that down in your agenda?”
Raisa’s Bedroom
Raisa has kept her room rather simple and serene, preferring a calm and reassuring atmosphere to retreat into at night. She also prefers everything to be neat and orderly. Part of her decoration also reflects where she’s come from and the international legacy of her family. Spread all of the world, Yousefi’s are rather famous for having adopted a culture of their won, which mixes together many different styles from different cultures. Having been here for three years, Raisa has had plenty of time to personalize her room and to collect new decor pieces and plants to adorn her room.
lcne-texas-ranger:
Sammuel narrowed his eyes at his friends words, before nodding with a small ‘Alrighty then’ and hanging up. Giving Raisa a bit of a look. “Sorry, but my partner there just asked for dating advice? Got any suggestions on how to save a gosh darned relationship?”
Raisa rose an eyebrow at Sammuel’s question. “Well, that depends a little on the exact situation and relationship, doesn’t it,” she replied with a shrug. “Every couple and situation is different. Though, apologizing sincerely usually solves simple fuck ups. Especially if it’s combined with a demonstration of how you’re going to do better from now on.”
lcne-texas-ranger:
“True to that.” He says, before sighing a bit. “Naw, I was trying to genuinely look like I didn’t notice. But now that ya mentioned it…” The Texan whipped out to his phone to bring it up to his ear. “Yolo, what do ya want Klaus?” He asked, looking to Raisa with an apologetic expression.
Raisa gave a dismissive wave of her hand, indicating she wasn’t too bothered. If it had been her phone going off, she would’ve done the same. Looking around, she checked her phone for the time, glad her classes were done for the day.
lcne-texas-ranger:
“Pfft, clear cut-out is the last thing I expect when it comes to science. That’s why it’s so darn brilliant though, and that’s why this topic is so complex?… nice.” He says, before a buzz goes off on his phone. Just shaking his head, he ignored it for a bit, looking back to Raisa.
“It’s hardly the science part that makes it complex. It’s the whole moral dilemma that makes it difficult.” Raisa’s gaze searches Sammuel as she hears a buzz go off. “You not gonna check that?”

“No, I’m not worried about not being able to catch up. I just don’t like missing classes when I actually am here.” Working as a model had its perks, but even more so it downs when one tried to find a balance between education and career. It wasn’t easy to attend school when you’re shooting in the goddamn Island or Namibia. “So, what are your plans after being done with this place?”
"Fair enough,” she shrugged. “Research, probably. I mean. It’s either that or teaching if I want to do something with Bioengineering. It’s such a specific field. Besides, research is where the fun is. Being able to help develop new techniques for using bioengineering to treat diseases.”
Let’s get started to Chillin Sunday with this nice photo of Still Star Crossed cast, starting May 29th on ABC!😄✌

“Either cardiology or perhaps, if I’m lucky enough, I’ll go into the cardiothoracic surgery.” Hearts were Tara’s thing, always had been and always would be. Strange enough, ever since she was little, she had had a great interest in them. “Nice to meet you as well, Raisa,” she smiled as she nodded. “Yeah, never again, but I totally overslept today. Had a bit of a rough night, you know how it goes.”
“Oh, cardiothoracic surgery? Ambitious,” Raisa nodded with a chuckle. “Ah, yeah. It happens to the best of us,” she shrugged. She'd been in that situation herself. It seemed as though most students found themselves in that situation at least once in their time studying. Though, she'd been lucky enough to only be late to class rather than miss class completely. Which was something she'd heard had happened to other people. “I’m sure you can catch up on stuff, though. The professors here are pretty chill, in my experience.”
