I love making little tartlets – I place them on a basil lined platter and shape them into a Christmas tree. But don’t be afraid to make one big tart, just make sure you leave the green stem on your tomatoes as it gives your tart that Christmassy look!

Fruity Santa Hats

Looking for a healthy Christmas treat? These little babies look great and are a sweet treat that won’t blow the diet!

What you’ll need: Green grapes, bananas, strawberries and white mini marshmallows.

Onto a toothpick thread one grape, one round of sliced banana, one strawberry and top it off with a mini marshmallow.

There you have it – a fruity Santa hat!
