I live and breathe yoga but I also love fitness in general. Love staying active with the kids all seasons: soccer, baseball, biking, rollerblading, climbing, swimming, lifting, running, walking, snowboarding and sledding. While on a road trip about a month ago, I entered the Hers Muscle and Fitness title competition and was selected as a runner up! Next series of voting will determine the top 15 and takes place June 14-24th. Voters can cast one vote every 24 hours during this time! I ask you honestly... Do you think I’m worth the title? Winner gets to be on the cover of the magazine, a 2 page spread and $20,000! What would I do with that money? I would start a yoga studio right here in Gouverneur, New York. We do not have any studios here and I really think our community could use yoga physically, mentally and energetically. Who will vote for me? Flying Lotus Juice bar (Root Cellar) in Canton, NY has THE best smoothies and fresh juice. Last night I enjoyed Cinnabun smoothie I believe it is called and Spin fizz is the green juice.
