The Future of This Account (and EverythingmanlyBIRD)
So letās just start off by saying Iām going to stop using Tumblr once Iām done with EverythingmanlyBIRD (the source of all those screenshots Iāve been posting). Iāve been using this site as a second Twitter account for the most part and I honestly donāt need a second Twitter. My decision has nothing to do with the recent announcement, and Iāve been planning to do this for a while now, but I think now is as good of a time as any to say whatās going on (,Ā internet? Iām Vinnie Everyman, and this is Everyma-)
I'm still on theĀ Twitters, though, so you can follow me there. If Twitter isnāt your thing, the final products of my shitposting are on my currently very sparse YouTube channel. Things will pick up once EverythingmanlyBIRD is done, though. Probably. Maybe. I'm in college, so things are a bit weird right now.
Anyways, while Iām here,
letās talk about EverythingmanlyBIRD.
So, question of the hour: What in the heck is anĀ āEverythingmanlyBIRD?ā
In short: A shitpost named after this incredible post.
Basically I took 42 EverymanHYBRID videos (~50% of the series) and turned them into a string of shitposts and memes, with a sprinkle of YTP elements and āāāplotāāā. It has gone through several changes and reworks, and I did have to change the entire ending due to the latest 3 uploads, but at the time of typing this itās ~95% done and should be released in the near future (before Christmas, hopefully). Itās looking to be about half an hour long and I canāt even tell if itās good anymore, but at the very least itās the longest and most ambitious video Iāve ever attempted to create.
Again, is it good? I have no clue. Iāve seen every part play out so many times that I canāt tell if itās even funny at this point. I did try to step up my editing game, and when comparing it to my previous videos from this year (I Love Firebrand, The Rabbi Meme, Stranger Rabbis) I think it does show.
Still, though, I hope that itās done soon so I can get on with other stuff, and I hope people enjoy it (also, if you donāt want to watch the entire half an hour, pro tip: skip to the last 50 seconds to watch the best part).
So TL;DR - Iām abandoning Tumblr relatively soon for completely unrelated reasons, EverythingmanlyBIRD approaches, and Iāll make a giant TribeTwelve shitpost at some point as well.
