There are times when I read something that is so unbelievable and absurd that it simply stops at my eyes and goes no further since my brain will never have any hope of processing it.

It's happened again...

A High Court Judge reduced an already convicted child rapists sentence saying that when he anally raped a three year old girl he meant her no harm."He inexplicably became sexually aroused but did not appear to consciously intend to harm (the victim) when he sexually assaulted her"
