Hello,
This blog has not been active for about four years now, but I never really offically closed it - so now seems like the time to do that.
Obviously I was extremely shocked at yesterday's news. As someone who spent almost nine years posting a picture of Michelle on the internet every day it's still hard for me to understand how she's no longer with us. I cannot believe I am writing this post right now. I can't understand that she's dead. My brain literally can't process that information.
One thing that's become obvious over the past day is how much she affected so many people's lives, especially so many of us as we were gowing up; whether you knew her as Dawn Summers, Georgina Sparks, Casey CarlieHarret the Spy, Nona F Mecklenberg, Nurse Chloe Payne, Jenny - one of the worst twins ever, or any other of her many (MANY) roles.
If I were to highlight one thing of Michelle's to remember her by it would be this interview:
Recorded about the time of Killing Kennedy, which for my money was one of her best performances, I think it shows us not only a great look at her acting process and history, but also demonstrates how intellegent, kind, expressive and funny she was.
I may be just a weirdo on the internet who posted a lot of pictures of one person, but I will miss Michelle Trachtenberg.
Rest in peace.
