Agreed. His tragic flaw is Belly. And I hoped he would just get over her. He deserves so much better. Wish he could meet someone new. She's way too immature and selfish.

When he first went, I was really hoping that after how awkward the touristy stuff they did together was, they would realize how different they are now, and Conrad would just leave. But then she invited him to dinner, and it just got worse for the poor guy.
I don't know what the purpose is of her still wearing Jeremiah's ring and why Conrad didn't notice that. I also don't get why she was looking for Jeremiah's birthday wish message (I mean, who else could she have been waiting for a message from so desperately). I honestly don't get what Jenny Han wants to say, like a whole movie dedicated to her trying to choose between them both AGAIN would be so redundant and boring.
I agree with you. I don't like Belly. I don't trust her. I just wish Conrad could see the truth and find a new person with no weird baggage!

where is Belly’s accountability in all of this? Why would she accept the proposal knowing that she was in love. What she did was worse.
Oh, I am sooooooo anti-belly. She is the worst. Breaking up a family and then going off to Paris? Like, what the actual hell? Who does that? I think if she actually loved any Fisher boy, she would have let them bond after their mother's death instead of dating them back to back. She was sooooo immature. And she made all of Susannah's moments about her. I low-key think she wants to be Susannah. Like she replaced Susannah for Jeremiah. And she dressed like Susannah around Jeremiah. She dresses more casual and like a 22-year would around Conrad, though, and even now that she's off to Paris.
I really do hate judging them so much for their actions in season 1 and 2 because they're supposed to be stupid teenagers. But I think even as a teenager, if someone's mother was dying, you wouldn't be making Junior Prom a priority? She is just sooo focused on being in Cousins and around the Fisher family. She has no identity of her own other than to be a part of that family and that place. She was so desperate for it that when she couldn't have Conrad, she just went with Jeremiah so she could still be a part of that world. I dont think she ever even loved him. Her tragic flaw is her desperate desire to be a Fisher.

Conrad is the only real man on the show. Anyone who is team Jeremiah is simply giving in to pretty privilege. They want Jeremiah to succeed because he's pretty. That's it.
So, all of a sudden, Jeremiah can take online classes? When it serves his selfish needs to kiss his useless father's ass? But when Belly wanted to go to Paris, he couldn't go with her and take his classes online instead?
Jeremiah is his dad. He is a cheater, and he wants to trap Belly. Proposing to someone after you cheated on them is the classic way to trap and imprison someone.
Jeremiah can't stand losing to Conrad, and the idea of losing Belly to his brother is the only thing that keeps him with Belly. He will cheat on her again because he doesn't actually love her. He loves having something Conrad wanted. That's all this is to Jeremiah. It's just a game. He replaced his mother with Belly. He never even really grieved the loss of his mom.
And people are punishing Conrad for actually grieving? For breaking up with her whe he knew he was hurting and he couldn't be a good partner? That's what a real man does. He self sacrifices. That's what real love is. Susannah self sacrificed when she stayed with Adam after he cheated because she knew she was dying and she didn't want her sons to lose both parents. That's real love. Conrad sacrificed when he let go of Belly and stayed out of her and Jere's way. He only came back when he found out his brother cheated, and he knows Belly deserves better. That's what a real man does. He protects you from a cheater.
Conrad is the only choice. And anyone who sees it any other way is delusional.

The state of the world is literally heartbreaking. I do not understand how humanity could be so lost. When everything is happening before our very eyes, how are people still blind? I have no words. “Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqir.”
is just the most beautiful and powerful dua there is. You are basically asking Allah to send any type of good your way that you are in need of and trust Him you will get some news in some form very shortly after.
Oh Allah, do not take us out of Ramadan unless You have fixed our situation, made our lives happy, forgiven our sins, accepted our prayers and fasting, and fulfilled what we wish for.
