The chapter is short as usual but I think it takes some interesting turn here. Look like we are getting closer to the truth of everything behind this arc.

Teruko is with Atsushi in the torture room. Against Atsushi's expectation, she frees him from the bed he is being tied to. Atsushi is shocked and Teruko tells him that it's because she finds it so different to act as a terrorist.
Turned out that Teruko has learnt the truth that Fukuchi is the terrorist and decided to side with him. However, she has never had to interrogate someone like Atsushi, one who is neither a criminal or a bad guy, if not a too kind person who cares about little kids (throw back to earlier chapter where Teruko caught him by disgusing as a crying little girl).
Teruko tells Atsushi to do something to entertain her until Fukuchi's goal is reached, and Atsushi refuses, saying that the terror can still be stopped, and that Teruko still has justice inside her and it is not too late.
Teruko gets reall mad, she kicks the bed flying pass Atsushi and says she will kill him if he ever says such bullshit again. And that "justice" is nothing more than a word.
Teruko then see Atsushi's determined face. She lets go of him and says lets play a game, because Atsushi won't seem to give in that easily, but it is also very tiring for her to try and stop him. So she will tell him the whole truth, about Fukuchi's shame and regrets, and the real purpose of the Decays of Angel. She says that once Atsushi hears it, his heart will break, he will not be able to stand up again and will choose to stay in that room on his own. Still, Atsushi decides to listen to her.
Back to Fukuchi and Fukuzawa, who are fighting with their swords. Fukuchi says that there is no way for Fukuzawa to beat him because there is no way he can see the future as Fukuchi can with his sword. He tried to cut Fukuzawa from behind with his sword but Fukuzawa manages to dodge it, saying that even if he cannot see the future, he can see the past, from the 20 years that they know each other, and that he can feel Fukuchi's habit, breathing and sword spirit as if they were his own.
Fukuchi stops Fukuzawa's attack with his bare hands, as he says someone who didn't go to the battlefield like Fukuzawa knew nothing about him. Fukuchi tells him that the battelfield has changed everything and the him that Fukuzawa knew is no longer there, as well as the two of them from back then. We then get a flashback of when they first met in a doujou (a training hall).
BSD will take a break next month so next chapter will be released in November (date not announced yet but normally on the 4th Japan time)

Not to make matters worse but what if Fukuzawa died in this battle but Ranpo make it out alive.......... Ranpo will probably blame himself for this, that he should've seen through everything more clearly, that he should've anticipated every little outcomes of this confrontation. What if he finally break down (again) but Fukuzawa's not there anymore to calm him down and assure him. What if he really lost the only father figure he'd had....
