tempted to start posting my self-portraits on my public instagram, but also i can’t conceive the idea of it. anyway, i’ve been feeling a lot of overwhelming anger and uneasiness lately. the quiet kind - the kind that builds a nest between your ribs and intertwines its branches with your bones and feels suffocating, making you want to claw at your own chest and to smash ever plate in the kitchen when you’re just seemingly sitting at the table calmly having a cup of coffee - the quiet kind that makes you feel like imploding, collapsing in on your own chest. here’s to all the women who have been feeling a lot of overwhelming anger and uneasiness too. |  @ raqueltalvez
