/ oυтoғмeɢαɴe: ...You heard right! Sorry about that incredibly extended absence there; work was hell and I lost my motivation to write for a little while. Now, CMA festival (this bullshit four day country music festival held at the football stadium) is over, things will calm down and I won't be overworking myself! I'm ready to re-integrate myself back into the swing of roleplaying and now that Miyuki is my only muse here in the group, I can put all of my focus into him!

At the moment, I'm sitting at none and I would really like to change that. I intend to reply to an open or two later when I get home from work tonight (or tomorrow since I'm off) but I'd love to plan some things out! Miyuki sighs, staring with eyes full of disinterest at the rain falling from the sky. It's an ugly day, complete with dark clouds and cool temperatures and rain. Practice was cut short that day, and now he was just waiting underneath the protection of the extended roof at one of MalCo's exits. He'd taken an umbrella with him that morning, but lost it. Very smart on his part, no?

What’s their favorite book?

Admittedly, Miyuki doesn't read actual books very often. When he does, it's usually a mandatory read from school or something he'll pick up out of intense boredom on a rainy day where there's nothing else for him to do. He does, however, like reading score book records from games.

Miyuki isn't a particularly shy person, so he would have absolutely no problem speaking in front of a large crowd.

What do they eat for breakfast?

Miyuki actually eats a very well balanced breakfast! Due to the type of training he undergoes on a daily basis, he must eat well in order to last throughout such a physically taxing activity. Keeping with the usual regimen from high school, Miyuki makes sure to eat a minimum of three boys of rice with every meal. To go along with that, he usually eats some type of meat, eggs, vegetables, and miso soup with each meal; not just breakfast. It sounds a little overboard, but he definitely needs the sustenance if he's to last through the day without keeling over.

Kuramochi:Jun-san made me eat until I died last year! The training camp of hell has only just begun!

Miyuki: I’m so glad he isn’t older than me.

Miyuki huffed a heavy sigh. His body ached everywhere. It was to be expected from such harsh practice, but his entire physical—and mental—being was screaming for some type of relief. Pain medication would seem the most obvious route; however, Miyuki had a sensitive stomach when it came to those kinds of drugs so that would be a whole different kind of pain to deal with, and he wasn’t really keen on that. A massage sounded nice too, but it wasn’t like that was very accessible to him at the exact moment; a pity, really. He would be willing to pay decently for a nice rub down to loosen and soothe his sore body.

He wasn’t complaining—

Okay, he was complaining a little, but he was allowed to do that every now and then with how much hell he underwent to maintain and polish his skills. Miyuki was not the type to bitch and moan about this kind of thing, but there were days where he just couldn’t really help the insufferable ache that just wouldn’t go away, or the jab of pain whenever he moved so much as an inch.

What he would really like right about now—that was within his actual power—was a near scalding shower to cleanse the sweat, dirt, and other grime from his body after a long day of baseball practice. After that, he would collapse into his bed and sleep through the next Ice Age—well, he’d like to do that, but the hard truth was that he had to wake up bright and early at 6:00 AM and do this all over again (not to mention classes). It was kind of a bitch, but Miyuki didn’t have any intention of quitting; baseball was the only thing that mattered in his life, anyways, so he would endure any training to continue doing just that.

…But first, a shower and good night’s sleep. Or at least… He wanted to before realizing that his usual way home was blocked by what appeared to be the scene of some type of accident. Probably some idiot driving carelessly or something of that nature. He didn’t really care about the details—he just cared that this would force him into taking the long way around. And that was enough to sour his mood indefinitely.

[text] You’re late! What’s taking so long?

He only noticed the text message on his phone a half hour after it was sent and an immediate grimace crossed his face. Miyuki completely forgot that he was supposed to be meeting up with someone earlier, neglecting his phone in the locker room while he stayed behind a little after practice to work on his swing a bit longer. It became apparent that it wasn't the best decision, but he really did honestly forget about the pre-planned meeting he was supposed to attend.

Okay, that was a small fabrication because practice actually ended earlier than usual; Miyuki just lost track of time while practicing on his own time.

The Scorpio sign fits him pretty well, honestly. He has all the determination and fearlessness of a Scorpio, shown most apparent when he plays baseball. His mind is also heavily guarded, so it isn't very far off to deem him a little secretive. And, as he is a catcher with the task of leading pitchers, he can be quite manipulative and controlling. All in all? Miyuki is a Scorpio through and through.
