Brochure of spaces
With the space transformed through tangible interventions, a brochure of spaces is generated containing a rendered image of this intervention plus information on the intangible features of the place.
The following is the brochure for this space, which would be part of the resort's promotional material.
Models work in progress
Those transformations that can be tangibly incorporated into the 3D model are manually selected and transferred to the models.
Transformations that are not tangible are included in the brochure containing all the information about the spaces.
The result is a list containing elements extracted from the assembly, the element being transformed, the transformation suggestion, and the transformation logic.
The following is an example of the first space, ‘Garden’.
3D transformations
To determine the transformation actions for the 3D model, a process of controlled assignment of objects and spatial elements was followed using GPT-4.
Step 1:
An extensive list was generated of items that a resort should have for each of the spaces (garden, closet, etc.).
Step 2:
GPT-4 was used to provide text and image information for each assembly so that it could be associated with which elements of the space it can transform and in what way.

This methodology allows us to generate a scalable model of speculative and provocative design. Speculation allows us to explore ideas on how to turn citizens into guests through new disruptive and contradictory spaces in cities highly affected by the commodification of housing as a result of tourism. In such rapid transformation processes, we take this exploration as last resort.
City Network Resort
The size of spatial data allows for the generation of thousands of assemblies that can result in spatial relationships within the Polykatoikias, between them, and even occupy the entire city centre to form a massive resort.
