i've come to the conclusion that people with musical theater backgrounds are just wired differently. i watch you guys switch between acting, singing, and dancing like it's nothing, meanwhile i'm over here thinking i'd pull a hamstring if somebody asked me to do choreography. @rcbbiegk
i think the key is just starting young tbh. i conditioned myself to it from a young age and now it comes naturally. probably doesn't hurt that i've always been sporty but practice definitely makes perfect. which would you be most nervous about...the singing or the dancing?

ayoo, are you in New York?? i'm swinging by this week before heading back to Canada to film and i haven't got any real face time with you in ages. besides, you keep promising to take me to the best bagels in the city and that hasn't happened yet, so what gives Lawrence? / @jenlcwrence
it was great to meet up with you in paris. it had been so long. i'm just in one city one day and the next day in another. i do hope that we'll see more of each other once season two starts shooting. you'll be around then, right? no, not right now. i'm actually in london. just exploring and enjoying the city for now. what about you? where in the world did you end up after paris?
we are doomed to be two ships passing in the night. one of these days, Storrie. i'll steal you away for an entire day, even if your schedule is crazy. i'm not sure how much set time i have for season two, especially since i'm starting to film meatballs at the same time. however, we'll both be in Canada then so there's gotta be some time to hang out. i went back to Vancouver for some family time, trying to be more intentional about spending time with them. are you back on set now?
Since you can act and dance, I was wondering what a dream role for you would be? Would you dare to dream of something akin to Dirty Dancing, or are you happy keeping your two passions seperate. Maybe I'm more of an attention seeker than I originally thought. If I could dance, I would be making that everyone else's problem. @rcbbiegk
i also sing pretty well, so honestly my dream role would be playing Mark Cohen in Rent on Broadway. Captain Von Trapp in the Sound of Music as well. i love musical theatre so if i'd ever get the call, i'd take it in a heartbeat. what makes you think you can't dance? i think anyone can dance when they let themselves go, feel the music and don't think anyone's watching.

i've become convinced people hear an accent and immediately decide they're experts. the confidence with which i've been told i'm british is honestly admirable. i'm curious... what's the most confident and completely wrong, guess you've had about where you're from? @rcbbiegk
have you played British in a show or movie recently? the Aussie accent sounds nothing like it, so it's hilarious that someone couldn't tell the difference. i don't think i've ever been mixed for anyone other than Canadian, i don't think. probably because everyone only learned my name two minutes ago and that was from a Canadian tv show. i've been told i sound American sometimes though, which i'm not sure is a compliment.
Iโll be the first to admit Iโm always a million years behind on tv shows and movies. I always end up watching my comfort movies and then, bam, everyone is talking about the latest and coolest tv shows. What about you? Would you say you're someone who sticks to what you know or do you like to branch out and catch up on everything? @rcbbiegk
i'm definitely the one who watches their old favorites again and again. i don't have a ton of time to watch anything and when i do, i just want something i know i enjoy. if i try to go for something new, i always end up just scrolling netflix and not finding anything and then just giving up tbh. what's some of your tried and tested favorites you return to often?
i recently got together with some of my friends and they brought their little cousins along to hang out with us. she was pretty much babysitting her cousins so we figured why not bring them with us. mind you her cousins are ten and eleven. i haven't hung out with children before so this was very new to me, but i had such a fun time hanging out with them. we went to target and bought them this cardboard ice cream truck, which i was very amused by because why the fuck didn't i have this growing up? anyways, once we put the cardboard ice cream truck together, one of my friend's cousins gave me a fake wallet with fake credit cards and i told her i wanted to buy her ice cream truck.. she told me i was broke and all my cards declined.. i tell you kids and their imaginations always find a way to pull at my heartstrings. @limelightblvdstarters
hah, that's actually is so wholesome. kids man, they really have zero filter. that little girl is an absolute savage and she's going places in the future for sure. do you think you'll be undertaking any more babysitting assignments in the future? now though, i'm curious about this cardboard ice cream truck because that sounds like something my adult self would want too. if i had more willpower, i'd want an actual ice cream truck but i don't think i could trust myself with it. that much ice cream at your finger tips whenever you wanted? lethal.
do you have a film or show you watched so much as a child, it practically stepped in as another parent to raise you? because thatโs the exact relationship i had with the matrix, and i wanted nothing more in my young life than to be like neo. watching it still has the same effect on me even in adulthood, spurring on the need to wear leather and black trench coats. the sweltering temperatures we have in the uk donโt exactly lend to that being the most comfortable attire, but iโve never let a little weather get in the way of childhood whimsy. so if you see me stalking around london, covered from head to toe in black, i promise that i havenโt lost my mind. iโm just trying to impress my younger self all these years later. @limelightblvdstarters
still choosing leather in a heatwave is massively impressive, i gotta say. i spent two days in Paris during the hottest time of the year and i was practically just a sweaty blob of a human, and i was wearing loose cotton. i think the matrix had an entire generation in a chokehold and who can really blame 'em? Keanu Reeves is just that cool. though, you probably wouldn't even be the weirdest person walking around London, at least in my experience. i've witnessed some things okay. especially on the subway. for me, the only film that was really transformative was the goonies but i have yet to try my hand at treasure hunting. should i fix that this summer?
well, tomorrow is my birthday and i'm still in new york and you want to know who isn't in new york to celebrate with me? you! and why is that? i don't know why, but there's plenty of time for you to get on a plane and bring that ass of yours to new york to celebrate with me. i know forty-one isn't like a milestone year or anything, but spending time with someone i adore during my day would make me pretty happy, just saying. i'll start guilt-tripping you if i have to. // @rcbbiegk
happy birthday, baby. did you wrap filming your project already? i'm sorry, i've been in Vancouver with family but i suppose i could make a little detour and come celebrate you. what's a little five hour flight between friends? i might just get to new york on time for a couple of drinks. i don't get to see you enough. the guilt-tripping was excellently done and got me hook, line and sinker. the big 4-1 is definitely worth celebrating. have you made any other plans for your day?
Robbie G.K.
you've become an international man of mystery these days, storrie. where you at? seems like i can only catch you at fashion shows now and i'm not sure i like that. let's do something soon, superstar. miss you. are you filming something now? / @cnnrrstorrie
i can't believe you've never let me talk you into going camping with me. okay, the whole sleeping on the ground thing is a lot but that's why air mattresses were invented. just think about it. fresh air, s'mores and nature all around, there's really nothing better than that. pleaseee go with me soon? / @sophlafortezas

MADELYN: things you do while in paris, huh? you're lucky i'm in a good mood today. MADELYN: it's been busy, draining, wonderful and exhausting, but i wouldn't want it any other way. how are you?
ROB: any chance you can send me a voice recording of you saying that? i wanna make it my voice mail message. it has just the right amount of 'fuck you' to everyone trying to get in touch with me? i'm too polite and canadian to say it so i'll just say it through you xo. ROB: wow. time really has done it's job. you didn't curse my entire bloodline this time and the tone of the text was almost pleasant. this is throwing me off so bad. ROB: fashion week, baybay. lots to do, it's too freaking hot and the espresso is deceptively strong here. you get insomnia from less. ROB: always a work-a-holic. respect the hustle. are you filming something now? life is crazy but you won't catch me complaining.
