SO THAT’S WHAT HE WANTS TO PLAY,   DREDGING?   Looking at all the things that could happen if things go wrong?   He really is a worrier with the best   ( &   worst )   of them.   Ghost Riders are dangerous   ——   so are Widows.   Living symbols.   Men encased in armor   &   gods,   of which she’s worked with a few.   All of them in different ways,   to different degrees,   but at the end of the day it amounts to the same,   doesn’t it?   They are dangerous in the eyes of men that have no power to stop them.

It was hard to admit, but it was something he’d been preparing for since he was inducted as a proper member of the Avengers. First, he was afraid he’d be kicked out for his age--he’s 19, a community college student. Then, it was for his guardianship status--parents weren’t exactly reliable teammates. Ever since, he’d been squirreling nonperishable food away waiting for the other shoe to drop. After all, he needed extra pay, and one day, he just wouldn’t be worth it.

If there was anything a lifetime in the system had taught Robbie, it’s that he would never be worth it.
