The rocky hill

Oh silence, the steps falls on the knees.

A sacred old mind rises its head.

Perhaps the choice was always wrong.

The thoughts too dark to say aloud.

So much suffering could have been saved.

Walking over the rocky hill, end all of it.

When it comes to character dynamics, which is your favorite to write?

Good day or evening.

I've not gotten or answered these very long time.

I like to write character whose doesn't seem to work together as friends, siblings or anything but in the reality, their differences makes them a great team. Yes there will be the snarky comments and dumbling around but it still works. Usually these characters also find something same each other, music/art/sport/videogames/tv shows or movies etc. Overall I also love when characters aren't just sunshine, they fight, they argue, they disagree because if someone is just copy-paste that's very unsettling to me.

I guess, I think it's unrealistic to me that two or more characters would be perfect duo or group but they can be real one and in the end of day, they're here for each other.

I wrote a poem after several months I feel like I can breathe again

My dear lgbt+ kids, 

I’ve seen some posts about the whole “Luke from Modern Family is actually a trans girl and comes out shortly after the last season” thing and want to add my opinion: I am not a big fan of writers revealing that a character is lgbt+ on twitter when they never explicitely adressed that in the show itself. 

It feels cowardly and lazy, like they try to make the show more diverse and appealing to lgbt+ audiences without putting in the effort of actually writing a trans character (and risking to lose some transphobic viewers). And yet, with all that being said: it’s also okay to be excited about it. It may be cowardly of them but if it means something to you and you feel a connection to that character, that’s a good thing! 

Okay, did you believe me that this is a real thing that happened? Or were you sceptical because you didn’t hear of this anywhere else? Full disclosure: I made all that up. 

It would be my actual opinion if this happened - but it didn’t. The writers never said that. There’s no twitter post and there’s no discussion about it. It never happened. I lied to you. 

This is what this letter is actually about: False authority. It’s possible that you didn’t question me and just accepted that as the truth - because I presented it like that. I talked about it like something you surely have heard about before, like I am just adding my opinion to a already highly discussed topic. 

As a reader of this blog, you may think of me as someone who is a kind of “expert” on lgbt+ stuff. And experts don’t make things up… right? The term “false authority” describes this wrong assumption. You don’t even need to be super naive to fall for it, it’s very common! 

But the reality is that people can present wrong stuff as a fact, even if they are generally trustworthy. I did it on purpose to prove a point here but usually it has other reasons: they may do it on accident because they misunderstood or misinterpreted something themselves. Even experts can get confused and make mistakes! 

That stuff about Modern Family above is fake news - and when we think about fake news, we often picture people we don’t like, people we already don’t trust. But people you like and trust can also share wrong information. 

If a social media post is the first (or only) place you hear about something, it’s always a good idea to check twice if it’s true before you share it, even if the person posting it is usually right.

I FINISHED!

In just under 5 months, I’ve completed the whole first draft of this manuscript, well ahead of schedule, and just in time to start a new school year! I had so much writing this story and it’s so surreal to suddenly be done? I spent YEARS working on Storge and now given, this is like 1/3 of the length, but still. So much of that time was spent just learning how to tell a story. Now I know how to do that - I took the handful of ideas that had been sitting in my phone notes since freshman year of highschool and created a story that honestly made me cry as I wrote the climax. I’ve learned so much and improved so much. It needs a lot of work, but I can see the potential and I know I have the skill to fix it up, to the point of publishing. I’ve never felt that confidence before. It’s such an incredible and empowering feeling, to prove to myself that I can do this.

It’s done.

I can’t wait to share it with you.

I love that! It's perfectly cloud who is always smirking and doing what isn't always wise to do. A torch and machete is perfect add and bring well our what he is doing. And his iconic leather jacket, you have gotten it nicely worn and old looking.

What’s it like being 21 and older

Once in Wattpad, one teenager asked from me, "What's been an adult. I'm scared to be an adult". And I was 21 then. This question actually broke me a bit. We so often give the answer that type pic etc.

I don't think that's always good even if we means its joke. There is a lot of responsibility but you don't need to lose anything what give a joy to you.

Buy that nice notebook and pen and go to write or make arts. It doesn't need to be "good", just fucking enjoy it. Run under the rain. Build with the legos. Stay up to watch the movies or playing the games sometimes. Drink a hot chocolate and get a whipped cream moustache by it. Walk a tile to the tile. Do what makes you happy and search your dreams, not matter which size about the dreams are.

Yes adulthood is hard and shit but damn take out everything what you want and can. Live the way that you can look yourself in the mirror. Don't live like someone command you live. So long you don't hurt yourself or anyone else, it's pretty free to do. Adulthood is a lot of work, a lot of pain and much more so takes everything good what you can. Make its your life even if it's a little broken, it's still good and wholly yours.
