how did you make your Halloween costume? it looks amazing :o xx

Thanks! First, i got elastic and tulle fabric. and i cut them into rectangles about 20 inches long. then i tied a knot in the middle of the tulle around the elastic strip ( make sure its long enough to go around you waist). for my top i already had bustier top, and i got diamond stud strips and sew it onto the boning of the bustier. i also got a furry black fabric strip and sew it onto the very top
