Starry night yarn bowl.

The glazing and shape are working together to get the final result of starry night. The inside is bright yellow and the hollow of the star exhibits the deliberate design.

this is a amazing ceramic with spectacular glazing. I like the shape of the vase. It is natural curve and it cooperates with the glazing.The colorful variation of each round of the color gradual change.

Very wild imagination!

I like the teapot that take shapes of animals and coral. At the frist look, I see it as decoration ceramic, but once I get closer, I realize this is a functional teapot, which really surprises me and attract my interests.

When I research the potter who I was talking in the presentation, I was fascinated by the teapots that she makes. She makes the teapot based on her experiences. The place she grew up and things she been through really reflect in her works. Because of Christa Assad, I want to make a collection of teapot with teacups as my final project. I want to express myself via my works to show the influence from my culture.

I am a big fan of Doctor Who and this teapot really surprises me. It took the shape of tradis and the creator make it into a functional object which can be placed as a decoration at the shelf or use as a teapot.

It is a vase with various patterns and colors. The colors seem like randomly pick from the color wheel. There are blue, yellow, green, red and purple. The color combination on the surface does not fit in any normal combination we normally use. They are fit with each other. The glazing makes the vase made out of crystal due to the translucence of the blue. Interesting and pleasing to the eyes.

First I look at it, I thought they are fire hydrants, but after the second look, they are vases with an interesting appearance that trick your eyes. The glazing and surface are amazing because it looks like a random Graffiti. It is modern art that follows no rule and has its own beauty.

the glazing is intentionally made like color-melting down from the surface. The color melting may break the rule of decoration and is innovative.
