Hopefully you are able to do some kind of service today in honor of Martin Luther King's legacy.  If you can't, don't beat yourself up about it, but plan to take a little time to think of a way you can serve within the month.  It could be helping a friend in need, driving an older person to a doctor's appointment, donating old clothes to a local charity, or helping a cause you care about with social media.  Today I will be volunteering at Community Volunteers in Medicine - CVIM as I do most Monday afternoons.  This is a perfect way for me to mark the day.#MLKDay #MLKDayofService #Volunteerism #Inspired #teenhealth

What is International Adolescent Health Week, History of International Adolescent Health Week

Most of you know that this is my passion project: International Adolescent Health Week - a week devoted to adolescents all around the world, where young people and the communities who love them focus on adolescent health and well being. I encourage everyone to take part is a small way - we have plenty of easy ideas on the website as well as in our short video.
