i know you all travel a lot, possibly more than us. how do you deal with the burnout of it all? especially since you're bigger in the scene? that's something i continue to struggle with.

That’s such an understatement. I mean do not get me wrong I love love love to travel I love going to many many different places even to other countries and over seas the international crowds are the best ones sometimes. There really is no true routine for being burnt out but sometimes they give us a little time off to recharge and rest. I asked for a little bit because my body was exhausted. I recently had a little time for myself and just came back to work about two weeks ago. It was a short break it I definitely needed it and now my husband is on a break it’s crazy how it works at times.

i'm still so impressed with you wrestlers and i after being in "iron claw" i will always be impressed with you guys' athleticism. do you have a rigorous workout schedule and crazy dietary restrictions? or are you more lax? [ @rebeccamquiin ]

I assure you it’s so much harder than it looks when we have to make it look believable the moves we hit the promos all of it. Then again nothing we do ever comes off as easy. It’s a challenge. It’s very challenging. It’s definitely not for the weak. I can imagine but that’s what makes it so unique and I appreciate that because most people don’t understand wrestling and I never expect everyone to be able to. How was your experience when you filmed was it as grueling as it seems? I am always so curious of others experiences. Did you enjoy it? Personally, I do CrossFit to help keep me in shape I also do early morning runs to keep myself in top shape. We can eat anything well I do as long as it’s in moderation. I like to eat smaller meals depends on my mood too.

I'm on level fifteen of pure bloody exhaustion from touring the world, being a dad, and doomscrolling on TikTok. Which, for some reason, most of my For You page is filled with thirst edits of me or my bandmates, and that's all fine until the fanbase realizes that I've actually seen some of the weird things they say and attempt to talk in code in the comments section. So that brings me to: what's the weirdest thing you've seen on TikTok? Bonus points if it's of yourself, but anything will do. @limelightblvdstarters

I totally definitely and certainly—feel this so much on a daily basis. I feel this on a very high level with all the travel and having a daughter and then by juggling work with it all it’s lovely when my husband is with me and able to help me out and take a little weight off the exhaustion. I have a TikTok I barely use it however but I have scrolled through for the heck of having a good laugh at some of the things that I have seen and come across it is so crazy and it’s funny. Some of the fan edits are really really creative though. I’ve had fans send me their art work on Instagram sometimes very talented people.

Life is good, life is great! He’s my favorite person in the world, I don’t know how I can put it—it’s like a big sappy love story and ours is my favorite. All things aside, it’s like one of those things where when you know it’s right you know and have to keep mentioning it. It’s beautiful.

it was a lot of fun and i enjoyed getting to train as well as learn about it all. fencing just wasn't what i wanted to do for the rest of my life. i did and honestly, i feel it was very worth it. i'd never erase the time i was a fencer at all. oh! that's amazing. i'm glad you not only got to be trained well for your career but also winning both titles. i can imagine that was surreal for you. i mean, getting back up after being punched is a feat of it's own. not everyone can do that. most would easily stay on the ground after something like that.

Sounds amazing, happy to hear that it was so much fun and enjoyable for you. I don't know if it would be something I could do but there's definitely a first for all things. I get that though. At least you had it figured out before you got in too deep and knew it wasn't it. Thank you! Yes, it's been a long long journey all the way to the top but I wouldn't change how I got here to where I am. Winning both titles and at WrestleMania was a real raw moment. I can't explain it but the chills I had after the moment kicked in. Haha, tell me about it. Like, I had a broken face and still managed. Most people don't handle pressure well but with my job you have too. It was a moment.

It’s not going to be easy but sometimes you just have to shoot the breeze and say heck with it. My road to success was never easy either so I can only imagine you want to be the best that you can be. We always have time to grow in life and that’s the amazing beauty of it. Never know what might come next. I just recently got back on television so they were able to fit me into whatever their plans are.

REBECCA: That’s always worth thinking about. You aren’t alone! I have thoughts like that sometimes where my mind will drift back to the past. I feel that if I had never met one of my best friends in the entire world i would never be where i am today and could have taken a different path.
