It was so nice being in Croatia for the summer; the food was delicious, I was able to swim and sunbathe as often as I wanted and I didn’t have a care in the world. Now it’s a new year back at Cresmont and there’s police all over campus practically every day... Is it too late to just extend my vacation?
FULL NAME ► Zoe Elizabeth Rivas AGE ► Twenty GRADE ► Sophomore MAJOR ► Theatre Arts/Drama ROOMMATE ► Fiona Coyne
A B O U T:
+ articulate, cultured, fearless - selfish, sarcastic, overcritical
► EVEN EVIL HAS STANDARDS - a character who typically lacks most morals, but even this individual has things that they wouldn’t dare do, there are just certain things they’re not capable of. they would even defend someone if they saw the need arise.
H E A D C A N O N S:
(TW: Drugs) After being fired from West Drive due to her drug addiction back when she was a teenager, she waited until she graduated high school to start looking into new auditions.
She received a few small roles in several short films but has realized that her passion lies on stage and is trying to pursue a career on Broadway.
Zoë was forced by her mother to tell the administration at Cresmont that she has dyslexia so that the teachers would go easier on her and she could focus more on her career.
Her mother and father are divorced. Her father has remarried three times since and is currently on his fourth fiancé.
She has recently been involved with one of her male professors. The two haven’t went past the occasional flirting and the batting of eyelashes but Zoë is determined to take things to the next level despite his weariness.
She is openly bisexual and although everyone at Crestmont has been accepting of that, her parents are the total opposite and are in fact in denial.
Even though she has a reputation of being a bully and/or a bitch, she knows when to turn those qualities to good but she also knows better than to let people mistake that for weakness.
C O N N E C T I O N S:
► Winston Chu (admirer) — Winston likes Zoe simply because she’s far different than what he’s used to. Zoe is intelligent, brave, and doesn’t take no for answer. And luckily, neither does Winston. He’s been trying his hardest over the past few weeks or so to get the girl to at least give him a chance to take her out, but Zoe is skeptical of the boy and with good enough reason. She knows that Winston isn’t her type. Yet, something about him does intrigue her and no matter how hard she tries, there might be only a matter of time before she lets it get the best of her.
► Rasha Zuabi (good influence) — The friendship between Rasha and Zoe formed completely by accident. However, they do tend to challenge each other on a daily basis which definitely isn’t a bad thing. Rasha is Zoe’s voice of reason when she her judgement becomes clouded and Zoe does her best to get Rasha out of her comfort zone. They tend to compliment one another quite well.
► Hunter Hollingsworth (secret fling) — Zoe originally had her sights set on the eldest Hollingsworth, looking past Hunter for as long as she could remember. That was, until she found herself in need of a history tutor and Hunter was the first person that stepped up to the plate. Originally, Zoe was quite embarrassed to have to receive help from someone a grade level behind her, and this reflected in their sessions. She would often storm out in a fit of frustration or simply disregard Hunter’s tips and do things her way. Needless to say, this made things unenjoyable for the both of them. One day when Hunter decided enough was enough and he proposed that they end their tutorial in that instant, Zoe realized she needed Hunter far more than he needed her. She apologized for her behavior and attempted to explain it, and the younger boy was surprisingly very understanding. From that point forward things ran smoothly, Zoe’s grade improved, and the pair grew more and more fond of each other. Even when Zoe no longer required his assistance she would still pop by once a week for what they told their parents would be “study sessions”, but really only served as a way for them to still hang out (and occasionally make out). It was obvious to the both of them that they had developed a thing for one another. However, outside of their private time together the two acted as if they hardly knew each other. Mostly on Zoe’s account considering being seen with Hunter in public still caused her to feel a twinge of embarrassment.
► Arlene Takahashi, Becky Baker (sorority sisters) — Becky, Arlene, and Zoe are all members of Delta Gamma Nu, one of the most elite sororities on campus. These girls are known for their high standards, pristine looks, and upholding 4.0 grade point averages. Many alumni go on to lead promising careers and being a Delta opens up a world of opportunities post graduation.

You’re so afraid to tell people how you feel because you fear rejection, so you bury it deep inside yourself where it only destroys you more.
