Brandon hated hospitals. There was rarely any sort of circumstance where he needed to be in one, but whenever he was, he always wanted to make sure he spend the shortest amount of time possible. Hopefully, it would be the same with his visit now.
The blue moon had been gone for weeks now but there were still some occasional things Brandon felt. Though he was sure there wasn’t anything to worry about, Coco insisted he get himself checked up, and he wasn’t about to argue.
Sitting in the plain, boring hospital room that smelled of medicine and cleaning products, all he wanted was go home. When the door opened, he gave a sigh of relief. “Well, at least there’s someone familiar here,” he said. “I thought you were working nights this week, Peach.”

Theo spent a lot of her time in the hospital. It was a bit of a punishment and a reward -- she loved nursing. It was one of the few pleasures that she got out of her life -- first being used by her parents to kill and hunt, then her life here. Though things were admittedly better within the Clark-De Leon home. That didn’t stop her from rolling her eyes when she walked in and saw Brandon.
“This is what I get for taking a chart without reading the name.” She was teasing, partially. The ex-huntress wore sky blue scrubs that fit her body well, and she had the cord of her stethoscope hanging around her shoulders.
“Someone called in, so I volunteered. I’ll get tonight and tomorrow night off for it,” she answered before taking a look over his chart. “--legally, I don’t know if I can be your nurse. Could be a conflict of interest.” Theo smiled. “So what’s going on with you?”
