I’ve said it before - Muslims in the West depend on the West in guiding their their condemnation. Our (Shia) parents have seen it before us. No Muslim had the name Taliban on their lips when they slaughtered Hazaras at Mazar-e-Sharif in 1998. No Muslim spoke about al-Qaeda until 2003. ISIS existed for years.
