I really love this AKS-74U
It’s not an AKS-74U… It’s an AK-105.

FN SCAR-L and H, and FN 57 with 30 round extended mag.
Uki Goshi (浮腰) translates to floating hip and is one of the 40 original judo throws. In this video we have my friend robbie breaking down the benefits of Uke goshi from a single underhook grip. To execute the throw, the person throwing (known as tori) pulls the person being thrown, (known as uke) up and forward putting them off balance. Tori places the other round their back while turning so that the side of their hip are in close contact with the uke and pulling the uke’s arm around. Tori then twists uke around using tori’s back and hip as a pivot point Key points to notice in this version: Speeds and the circular whipping motion are what is going to let you execute this throw. Notice how tori isn’t just doing the whole sept in front and try to hip throw bull crap that you see a lot of novices do. He’s off-balancing uke first with the pull and using the movement to load him up. When done right its completely effortless If you just want to see the whole video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYux9L5LXN0
I prefer to spring hip em
Hane goshi is also a very viable alternative if thats your preferred move. I’m a harai man myself when it comes to no gi If you have to wear a knee brace or have knee issues I still think uke goshi is the way to go as your not putting all the load on one leg. The other big benefit of uke goshi as opposed to a more traditional hip throw as you don’t have to commit your hip as much with a floating hip throw as opposed to the others which leaves you less vulnerable to counters.

Get after it.
Multi-cam? no, I'll take Multi-cat. Now if I could get a cat in this pattern, I'll take 2.
Found this character in the Home Depot parking lot in someone's car. I wanted to take him home badly, not only am I a dog man, I'm a boxer man. The absolute best dogs in the world. Mans best friend.
I've read a considerable amount of text on terrorism, nowhere did I read that a tactic would be to by everyone a coke product. I would imagine that is unfortunate timing for coke inc. might wanna fix that.
Power animal of the week! This stray cat (dexter) Infild my house while I was loading out for a seminar. Literally could not have been worse timing. We have a love hate relationship, but he finally made it out into the land of stray cats and field mice. Until we meet again my friend, until we meet again.
One of the best professors I ever had and A Supreme Court recognized criminal expert once said this in a class. I thought it was quite simple, enlightening and true.
Gift from a great friend! Peace Lilly, it will be nice to have some good plant energy around.
This seminar is going to be awesome! It's not to late to come, we may have already got the chairs for those who signed up, but who cares about chairs, just show up and get information that could save your life. Email me if your interested and want more information [email protected]

-A time cap should allow you the opportunity to completely blow yourself out. Literally go as hard as you can. All week there will be time capped WOD's, enjoy.
-Get as far as you can in 3 minutes, count each rep as 1 point as well as 1 point for each second you finish under the time cap. So if I finished the workout in2:30, my score would be 120. Once 3 minutes has elapsed, evaluate your performance and find something you could have done better, then work on it for 10 minutes (Ex. Butterfly P|U) Ensure to upload comments on your performance in Wodify and include points achieved.
