He nodded absentmindedly as he followed after Minwoo, taking in as much of the city as he could. “Aah– actually can we stay in the science part of the city for a while longer after your check ups? I’d like to explore around and see more of the labs if that’s alright with you.” He knew, for a fact, that he had expressed his interest in the field on more than one occasion to the animatronic. 

“The hover-rail will be arriving in one minute.”

”..So is everything from the commercial actually here?” He asked curiously, leaning backward to stare up at the impressive buildings and flying vehicles. “Even though I’ve seen the commercial twice now, this is even more amazing in person..”

As the hover-rail pulled up to the station, Minwoo stepped aside once the doors slid open to let some passengers step off, ushered Hyunwoo inside, and then followed after. Instinctively, he scanned the interior for any threats and only loosened his defensive stance once it was deemed safe by his systems. Not that he was expecting anything, but he was programmed to protect his recruits.

                              “Northbound Line now departing, next stop Tesla Labs.”

Once the train zipped out of the station, he nodded to confirm both of Hyunwoo’s question. “Of course we can, maybe you’ll be able to talk to some of the older recruits working in the labs as well.” He paused to point down as the floor beneath their feet faded and became transparent. “It’s much better than the commercial, just wait until you see the labs.”

“Well, everyone has a different style.    Why say it’s unusual, though?  I’m sure it’s great!”

He let out a nervous laugh, wondering how to tell her art wasn’t part of his programming. “You know, you’d be perfect for an art teacher. You’re talented and I’m sure you’ll make sure your students won’t give up.”

Just because I start another thread with someone playing the same character as you, doesn’t mean that I hate you, I’m getting annoyed by you, or I’m bored with you; I’m most likely in a different scene, and nothing I send you both will be the same.

Just because I take a while to reply to you, but not others, doesn’t mean I’m ignoring you; My muse is picky, and I can only write what I’m drawn to. I want my replies to be well written and fun, not forced and horrible

Just because I shorten a reply doesn’t mean I’m bored with the thread; I’m probably tired, thinking of something else to continue with, or giving you the chance to set up our next situation.

Just because I drop a thread doesn’t mean I will never come back to start another; When I drop threads, I’m usually overwhelmed, without a muse for that particular piece, or bored with it, and I’ll ask to start another.

Don’t assume because I’m picky/tired/museless, I’m not happy with you.

“90% of my blood sugar–” He repeated hesitantly, hoping Minwoo would breakout into laughter and say he was joking. “Wait!” Unfortunately the animatronic had already slipped through the portal with a self-satisfied grin. 

"Well.. Here goes nothing.” He said, more to himself, before shutting his eyes and stepping through the portal. At the sound of a low whirl above him, he opened one eye, curiously trying to find the source. Wait– was that a car? “You really weren’t lying about this place..”

After thanking the portal technician, Minwoo smiled as his sensors picked up Hyunwoo’s high levels of shock, amazement and wonder. Sure Hyunwoo had seen Tomorrowland twice through the pin, but seeing the city in person was another matter. "I’d say lying isn’t part of my programming, but that would be a lie.”

“Now come on,” He said while walking ahead toward the hover-rail station, motioning for Hyunwoo to follow after him, “We need to get to Tesla labs for them to run a few tests on me and then I’ll take you to the arts side of the city.”

1. Make or buy Tomorrowland pin 2. Pin to your bag in highly visible area 3. When someone points out your pin, act surprised to see it 4. When you touch your pin to ‘examine’ it, jerk your head up in shock and look around you in awe 5. Shout “Are you SEEING this?!?” 6. Walk into a wall

Upon seeing the mess that was the dining room she laughed nervously before turning back to look at Minwoo. “Actually… would you mind helping with the dining room? The kitchen should be fine but I didn’t realize how much of a mess this place is.”

Minwoo stuck his lower lip out in a pout as he prepared to use the puppy dog eyes trick. It was a lot for just one person to clean. Thankfully she changed her mind at the sight of the room and he grinned once more. “I don’t mind. Just tell me what to do.” He nodded eagerly, pushing his seat back to stand up. ”And if you didn’t change your mind I still would have helped out anyway.”

“Lucky?” He repeated, tilting his head slightly in confusion. Wait– wasn’t the future all about teleportation and shiny things that made traveling faster? At least, that’s what the movies had told him. “So do audio-animatronics.. not enjoy teleporting? Or is it just you?”

"I don’t mind it, but you might. From what I’ve heard it’s bright, cold, and really loud. Plus you’d lose 90% of your blood sugar in 1/100th of a second so...” Minwoo let his voice trail off as he shrugged his shoulders. He figured it would be best to leave the rest to Hyunwoo’s imagination. 

Suddenly a slight static noise was heard as the portal appeared in front of them. “It’s here!” He announced cheerfully as he recognized the familiar architecture of Bridgeway Plaza, “Come on, this is 100 times less painful than teleporting.” He flashed a confident grin before fully stepping through the portal.
