So many book friends! What is everyone reading at the moment? I finished The Book Thief yesterday and I just started An Ember In The Ashes!

I’ve just started Fallout by Gwenda Bond. It’s fun so far.

Nice, I haven’t heard of it. What’s it about?

It’s about Lois Lane’s teenage years when she first started investigating and going after stories. and stepped on to the path of journalism. From the DC films I’ve only seen Batman vs Superman and Justice League and the only thing I only knew about her that she’s Superman’s girlfriend and a journalist, but luckily the book is still enjoyable.

Interesting… I’m not going to lie, I HATE Louis Lane in all of the Superman movies, but maybe this would change my mind… or make me hate her more lolol 🙈

Well, in those movies I’ve seen her, she’s didn’t have a really detailed character so I didn’t really think much of her but this book made me like her

I just started The Thief, by Megan Whalen Turner, and I’m loving it so far! @booksforthoughts, how are you finding Ember in the Ashes?

I’m only on chapter 8 since I needed a brain break and didn’t read at all today, but so far I really like it! I’m already invested in the characters! Next chapter Laia reaches the school so I’m sure it’s about to get super interesting and intense. I just hope nothing bad happens to her, I’m quite nervous about it…
