Hello friends I'm very sorry chapter 3 is taking so long. I have been dealing with life stuff and so has my boyfriend (who is also my editor). The plan is to get it up by Sunday at the latest. As much as it makes me giggle to see people being like "Stu would be such a bad cook" "Billy has to do all the cooking" "Stu almost burnt the house down trying to make toast" if you really sit and think about it Stu probably had to become at least decent at cooking really quickly because his parents were gone so often.

Im thinking about an older Billy and Stu going to their first pride together. Billy doesn't really see the point, but he thinks it'll be good for Stu. So they go and they're walking around, looking at all the art and things people are selling. And as they're walking, Stu sees this lady wearing a shirt that says free mom hugs and he like, subtly pulls billy in her direction. He goes up to her and at first he doesn't say anything but then he points to her shirt and asks so quietly "can I have one?" And she says "of course sweetie" and Stu just gives her the biggest hug and he starts sobbing because suddenly he's a child again and he's coming out to his parents but this time there's no yelling, there's no shaming, there's no insults, there's just love and acceptance and Billy realizes how much Stu really did need this.

Might make a one shot out of this if people are interested...

Chapter 2 gonna take a little longer to get out than originally planned bc I'm hanging out with my bf over the weekend. Hopefully next week sometime. Thank y'all for the love and support so far it really does mean a lot to me!! This is my first time ever dipping my toes into writing and posting a fic so again thank you all for your support!!! As a little treat I'll give a sneak peek below the cut in case y'all don't want spoilers. Just a fun interaction between Stu and Randy.

“Jesus Christ Stu- someone needs to put a fucking bell on you.” Randy responded, choosing to ignore Stu’s jab at his love life. “Where’s the other one?” He asked, bending down to pick up the tapes he had dropped.

“Billy? He’s not always with me.” Stu told him.

“But he’s with you right now isn’t he?” Randy asked, even though he knew the answer.

“He might be, but that’s besides the point.”

“Please, you two are like the world’s most annoying couple. If one of you is here, the other is no more than 10 feet away.”

“If you’re jealous that I hang out with Billy more than you, you can just say that you know.” Stu said with a hum. “Anywayyyy, I just came here to return this.” Stu waved the tape in Randy’s face. “And that means you owe me five bucks. Because not only is it on time, it’s early.”
