Look up. What do you see? I see the future of humanity. Not the petty, childish disputes we have now. Russia, China, these united states. None of those matter. Humanity's future is written in the Stars.
You are told that you are weak, and sinful, and shameful. I tell you that you are blessed, and holy, and powerful.
Look at the wonders of humanity. Magnificent creations of enginering, of biology. A millenia ago, would you be able to say that we would eradicate diseases? Tell that to polio, to measels, to smallpox. Have we not created miracles? We are all brothers in humanity, united in body and mind. Be united in your strength and honor in humanity, Look upon the sky, and the light of a billion stars, and see your destiny to walk among the stars, and tame them.
Christ tells you are sinful beyond redemption through no fault of your own. I tell you, be proud. You are human; perfect in form, perfect in mind. nothing on the face of the world compares to you. Your love, your joy, your anger, sadness, and yes, even your hate- is to be human. it is to be true to your nature.
Christ offers you shame, I tell tell you to take pride in who you are.
Allah expects mere obedience, yet what does he offer in return? nothing, save sparing us his lash for as long as we continue our fealty. Humanity as a whole asks you for your loyalty, but only in OUR cause; that of ALL MANKIND, to build a better future For that future, we give everything. What has allah given?
And what of the Hindu and the Buddhists? They tell you that the world is suffering. That to abandon hope nd desire is the best the man can hope for. Lies. Every word, lies.
The future of mankind is in the stars. Its unity, throughout the skies, to see the wonders of the universe laid out before you. There is something special in all of us. The spark of life an joy and happiness. Your soul: pure and incorruptable. Your spirit burns brighter than a billion torches in the dark, banishing the shadows of defeatism and gloom. Never listen to those who tell you that life is suffering and that your existence is meaningless. That way lies madness, apathy, and decay.
I tell you, my brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, daughters and sons. This message needs telling more now than ever. The message is simple, yet should be heard around the world, to every corner of the globe, echoing from the highest mountain to the deepest oceans, from the plains to the cities.
You are HUMAN You have a PURPOSE WE ARE ALL BROTHERS! WE ARE ALL SISTERS! ALL OF US!
Forget our wars, our divisions, for the greater struggle lies out there, against a universe that has recognized our greatness and in its fear seeks to destroy us. We can be united. Free from the lies of the prophets, the jealous falsehoods of all our gods. United in the great mission that lies ahead.
There are some, i know, that these words will not be enough. For fear and doubt still lie heavy on your hearts and sould. So this I say to you. The length and bredth of humanity watches over all of you, all of US. The dreams of those who have fallen, the hopes of those who will follow. They are with you every moment. Their strength is your strength. Guarding us. Protecting us. Death, when it comes, has no power over the servants of humanity, for when we die we will join those who came before us in making a better life for those who will come after us, watching over a better world we helped create. What more could any of humanity ask for?
Why? Some of you may ask? Why do this for those you will never know, when you could use your power to help those you know now and those who will come directly after you? Brothers and sisters, I see a star. A star, brigher than any others. It grows and it grows, and while it does, the darkness fades. And the star calls out, and I see them. First, the faithful: those who were true to the vision of humanity, and gave everything to advance our implacable march towards the stars. Then I see our armies, the combined might of humanity gathered together. Those who, knowing we will never remember their names, spent their lives to keep Humanity marching forwards. I see the living and the dead, bright as a shining star, marching together, pushing back the darkness. And it is afraid. Remember what those who came before us have taught us- that we are humanity and nothing can hope to stop us.
This is Humankind's only creed. As it should be, now and forever.
Ave nex alea. Ave Deum Imperatoris. Ave, Humanity.
My brother proposed to his girlfriend yesterday. My sister is about to move in with her boyfriend. Meanwhile, here i am, single forever and drinking my life away.
Fuck it
I need a win. I've been losing for too damn long. Im tired.
My lips will probably be around the filter of a cigarette at midnight tomorrow. Fuck this town.
a bottle + a cigarette
I wonder, if i ask you to talk to me when i come back, would you say yes? I want you out of my head and i think it would help.

Why the fuck was this game so goddamn good
I never read the Witches or Aching storylines because I didn’t think they’d be as good as the Watch, Death, or Moist ones, but now having finished the Witches and moved on to Aching, they’re damn good. None of them have beaten out Night Watch or Small Gods yet, but they’re still damn good (pacing on some of them is a little wonky though)
Granny: What about the fire? Ridcully: What fire? Granny: Swept through our house just after we were married. Killed us both. Ridcully: What fire? I don't know anything about any fire? Granny: Of course not! It didn't happen. But the point is, it might have happened. You can't say 'if this didn't happen then that would have happened' because you don't know everything that might have happened. You might think something'd be good, but for all you know it could have turned out horrible. You can't say 'If only I'd...' because you could be wishing for anything. The point is, you'll never know. You've gone past. So there's no use thinking about it. So I don't. Lords and Ladies, by Terry Pratchett This spoke to me
