Lighthouse South Africa - Second Place Winner

This South African lighthouse is nestled in one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The whole place becomes unimaginably beautiful in the early morning and late evenings around dusk. "I've traveled all around the world with my camera" says Alan. "And this is one of the most amazing lighthouse settings I've seen." I was very excited to be selected for the loan collection this year. With my image "Grow". I've only started entering the international photography competition the past few years, even though it's something I've thought about much longer. I didn't actually know I would be on the cover. Perhaps I was told somewhere along the line, but I didn't get it. I was watching for the April PPA Magazine with impatience as I did know there would be something about this image in the issue. What a surprise to see my image on the cover! Fun!!
