yeah sorry for dropping off the face of the internet out of nowhere for multiple months i’m so sorry 😭😭😭

i went through a massive dry spell of inspiration after finishing my second year of uni and getting back into pokemon whilst essentially putting everything else on the back burner

but alas, i’m now watching lie to me (banger show btw) and it has reminded me of criminal minds so much the spark may have returned, so i will do my best to write something up for you guys soon <3

signed on to my research assistant work placement with the expectation of 2 months (40 hours) total, and have since been drafted to help write two extra research papers on top of the one i was originally supposed to be helping with

three authorships in psych journals before i graduate uni? yes 🤏. three times more work? also yes 😐.

and all my coursework and my dissertation prep and my part-time job…

i bought myself a switch 2 and pokopia today so yippie !

guys tell me why the trajectory of my future academic career has just changed in the last fifteen minutes?

was on a meeting with my workplacement supervisor about the project he’s doing next year that he wants me to co-author alongside my dissertation (which his other co-author is supervising me for) and the two of them were saying they were gonna submit that project as a basis for me to get my PhD funding????
