"Are you going to show me around? If not I can have a wandr I don’t mind." She said looking around where she was standing.

"Oh!" she felt rude, forgetting to offer. "Yes of course, how silly of me, I do apologize, sometimes I just forget to ask things" she gave a bright smile, hoping the female didn't mind. "Let's start with the town..."

"What does everyone run from?" he asked. "Their past - and their fears."

She gave a small nod, she knew exactly what he meant. But some people were running from the authorities, so she assumed it could have been something like that. "What's so bad about your past that you want to leave behind?" She asked, tilting her head slightly to the side, her pigtail gliding down her arm just slightly. "... and your fears?"

"The people there are protective of their way of life and not that used to outsiders. It does get quiet cold there." Lazlo is more used to the island life then living the mountains hence his tanned skinned but he has heard of stories of people who live in mountains from people he has meet during his travels so he knows what kind of life they live. He really wished he didn’t have to lie to her about his home but again Viki gave him rules that he must follow.

He nodded, agreeing that they should start heading out back to town. “Thanks for the food Vanille, I’ll head up back up to one of the rooms to grab my swords.” The chair made a small noise as he pulled it back to stand up, pushing the chair back into the table he made his way to the stairs to find the room where his duel swords where.

The redhead gave a small nod in response, setting to clean the dishes. She made her way into the kitchen, humming a song to herself as she placed hot water in the sink, filling it with washing up liquid. Vanille had to be respectful of the fact this wasn't her place. She sighed. Would that mean Lazlo would soon have to depart from her, that they'd be parted. She wanted to see his world, but she knew what it was like to be rejected by being an outsider. She supposed she'd have to accept it and move on. Giving another sigh she placed the dishes and cutlery on the rack to dry themselves off. Once finished she placed any remaining items away and made way to collect the small amount of belongings she carried with her. The constant worry was on her mind, would them two still have a chance of being together? Or did last night ruin it completely?
