General Thoughts

From a species standpoint we're in an awkward teenager stage. We have yet to make the switch to prioritizing the mental journey of life, as opposed to the physical journey, so from a societal standpoint we are at the pinnacle of it. The number of people diagnosed with personality disorders alone indicates that there is a long over due overhaul of how, as a species, we process the F's.

I Hate Myself

When I say “boys are dumb” what I really mean is “boys have been raised in a patriarchal society that forces them into an incorrect and problematic view of masculinity that not only forces them to strip away valuable virtues from themselves, like patience and gentleness, but also forces them to view and treat women in unhealthy ways that devalues women as people and makes them into objects purely for a man’s benefit”

Dating Out of Fear

It is beyond frustrating dating. Having someone who you regularly have open conversations where you’re not defensive, only to have them break things off in a way that the “closing conversation”, so to speak, is done where they are so walled up and closed off that you get no closure, and in fact the opposite. I don’t wanna be with someone who doesn't want to be with me, but at least treat me with the dignity and respect of a person that you say you care about.
