Cleti's nervousness slowly disappeared as they went up the ladder, the Eevee in the now 'human' Mimi's hands. She wasn't so different than when she was a cat, the Pokemon had realized. She was still nice.
Being set down on the floor, Cleti walked around the area a bit, as if trying to get used into walking on the ground after being in the air. "Your house looks nice, Mimi!" he chirped, not knowing whether Mimi would understand him or not in that form.

He looked to him and shook his head. “Without hope how can you ever dream? Even if you fall and still have hope I doubt you’re not going to want to stay on the ground flat on your rear now would you? As long as you something to look forward to and hold it tight then nothing could ever possibly hold you down~” He said as he stopped for now resting a bit as time began to slow for him as he grew tired. “It’s not easy doing it for everyone, but at least it’s a goal and I can find it realistic.” He said with a smile as he picked up the sword and threw it to an unsuspecting angel flying by as it passed through him and only cut the crystal like it had done to the others and the same results. After retrieving his sword he looked to Lloyd once more. “I can only believe in the people and their want to change, I can’t actually change them myself, they have to be willing to do it for themselves..” He said going on to find more of these angels.
"..." He stayed silent. It was almost as if Van could sense his inner turmoil. "How can you say that with such confidence?" Lloyd finally asked the other, watching the other angels drop down like dead flies as the other swordsman cut through the crystals embedded on them. "I'm basically a traitor to the very worlds I promised to reunite. A traitor to my own family and friends... How can you say all that with such confidence in your voice?"

"…hello there. You’re looking rather lost. May I be of some assistance…?"
She let out a soft giggle, shaking her head. “You’ll see in a bit.” In a small puff of smoke, the cat had transformed into a neko, the girl standing up to stretch. “Boy, did that cramp up my limbs…ugh..and so draining…” Her black ears twitched as she smiled, happily picking up the Eevee.
"Hope this doesn’t creep you out too much or anything."
The Eevee's eyes widened in surprise as Mimi changed from a cat to an almost human-like appearance, the cat ears and tail still being there.
Cleti fell silent, still in a state of surprise over what just happened. He just slowly nodded his head at her.

"Ah…you probably walked through a portal though. It’s pretty common, unfortunately. There are portals that lead to other worlds and dimensions—but I met some of my best friends that way, so I guess it isn’t so bad. But it can be dangerous, if you wind up somewhere you shouldn’t be…"
"I see… That sounds kinda scary if you put it that way…" Cleti looked down for a moment, before looking back at Mimi. "I’ve never been this far away before so…"
"I guess it can be. I’m used to travelling around, so getting lost is nothing new to me." Glancing back, she smiled softly to help soothe him. "Don’t worry. This forest is my home. You’re safe, so long as you’re with me. The trees will protect us and no animals will bother us."
Finally, they arrived at her large home. She titled her head, frowning as she approached more. “I think I may have to change my form, in order to get us inside…”
"Ah, I see. I guess I'll have to trust you on that." He replied, before tilting his head again at Mimi's statement. "Change... Form? Like an evolution?"
