I go on weekly walks just to get out the house and to try to keep my stress and anxiety down while working from home. I’m a scientist who does bench research so working from home is really really hard for me. I’ve already been in the ER once during this COVID-19 epidemic and it was scary. I couldn’t leave my room to walk to the bathroom or anything because I’m at risk with my Sickle Cell Anemia, I couldn’t even take my mask off to try and breath the room air, they advised against it. The nurses and doctors seemed extremely worried about their patients and everyone’s well being and for them we must do our best to stay home as much as possible. I live in the city, so the water is my backyard so my sis snapped some photos during our weekly walk! Please if you must go out, take precautions and remember social distancing: if they say 6 feet, do 10 feet. ❤️😊 love you all! And I hope you all are trying to hold on during these stressful times and stay safe and healthy friends! 🥺👉🏾👈🏾 💖
