The amazing HuTieu Sate @madamevonyc has spices imported straight from Vietnam! Tender Angus sliced flank steak and rice noodles get covered in a Vietnamese saté sauce with peanuts. The incredibly tender BoLucLac @madamevonyc is made with an Angus ribeye and comes out sizzling on a cast iron skillet. This Vietnamese Shaking Beef is definitely the best I've ever had, and I woke up thinking that it's the perfect breakfast with that egg! The owners of this East Village gem are really taking Vietnamese Food in NYC to the next level, executing authentic dishes made with premium quality ingredients. Wei's World in Williamsburg serves legit delicious Chinese Food until 4AM! Great XLB, blistered string beans and their hot and sour soup has incredible depth.
