The amazing HuTieu Sate @madamevonyc has spices imported straight from Vietnam! Tender Angus sliced flank steak and rice noodles get covered in a Vietnamese saté sauce with peanuts. After a very meaty MDW, craving Chef @wil__i_am's head-on whole grilled BotanEbi SpotPrawn from Hokkaido @ato_nyc. With a background in classical French cooking, ChefWilliamShen's omakase Tasting menu is a beautiful presentation of both cooked and raw food using only the best of ingredients. The incredibly tender BoLucLac @madamevonyc is made with an Angus ribeye and comes out sizzling on a cast iron skillet. This Vietnamese Shaking Beef is definitely the best I've ever had, and I woke up thinking that it's the perfect breakfast with that egg! The owners of this East Village gem are really taking Vietnamese Food in NYC to the next level, executing authentic dishes made with premium quality ingredients. The deconstructed Caesar Salad @lecirquenyc. A coddled yolk on a crispy crouton disc gets drizzled over a perfect pile of leaves and cheese. From the sound of his moans, @junglebeam's apparently missed a good Caesar living in the jungle of Costa Rica. If you like palm trees, monkeys and jungle life, I highly recommend you follow him. Wei's World in Williamsburg serves legit delicious Chinese Food until 4AM! Great XLB, blistered string beans and their hot and sour soup has incredible depth. Run by a talented Chinese chef and Blue Ribbon alum, definitely worth checking out. Wish it was closer to me to satisfy late night munchies.... (at Wei's World)

Excited to return to Chef @conantnyc's @fusconewyork for a wonderful @tastingtable #TTinsider dinner! Perfectly seared scallops with ginger sofrito, JobsTears, braised baby fennel, and a vinaigrette of cockles and parsley root. Fantastic wine pairings by @nickduble. Have always loved Scott Conant's food since L'impero days and his latest venture in NYC is a fantastic addition to this crazy Flatiron food block. (at Fusco)
