Every standard galactic year, on Sentience Appreciation Day (something I totally didn't just make up), space-fairing Glitch across the universe meet up at their local bars and taverns to celebrate one thing: their self-awareness. Historically, at galactic standard midnight, every glitch raises their glasses and mugs with robotic unison and precision (old habits die hard), and join in a universe wide toast:

He's sort of a forsaken oc?? Tho he serves more purpose as a background character for a forsaken au I've been making.
Backstory-
Guest 8496, when he was younger, had quite loving parents. However, despite his parents' care and attention, they struggled heavily financially. Their living situation was terrible, having to put up with a terrible neighborhood where there would be crime around every corner, or somebody begging for help. His parents just told him to ignore whatever struggle they saw and to focus on themselves first, considering how much they also needed help. So, Guest took these words to heart... though he never stopped watching what would go down in his neighborhood. A fight, a robbery, something in the newspaper, he'd always see a reason why people are just more and more terrible... until, eventually, in his adulthood, he broke. He saw humanity as a plague, with every person he encountered being worse than the last, committing some heinous crime. And so, he felt a surge of power through himself as he channeled powers he had never once used, and he used said powers to infect others, sending large areas into lockdown as he wandered the streets freely.
Though this freedom didn't last long, as he was eventually captured by an agency being contained and kept away from society, he was forced to be surrounded by some of the worst people he's met... though a few of them didn't seem too bad on a more personal level.
