I'm back lifting again. I can say, as a type 2 diabetic, when I lift weights on a regular basis, 3-4 times a week, after a couple weeks, my fasting blood sugars are so much better. 10-15 points lower. My A1C is better.
After a bit of a disastrous March, I'm getting myself picked back up and getting back on track.
Legs and glutes today.
Consistency needs to become a huge part of my program
I just need to repeat this until it sinks into my brain
Something to focus on.
I'm starting all this today. Been sick and not feeling right but I'm so much better today. So I started today.
Sometimes you just need Tom Hiddleston telling you that he believes in you.
I need that today. Feeling very down. Even though I'm back on the weight loss wagon it's slow going and easy to get down
Going to be my motto for 2026. I can lose at least 20lbs this year. I can get into a much healthier state.

Got some cardio in with a 30 min spin class on my Peloton with Ben
I might have died. It was tough but worth it
TRUTH. I'm working on improving my diet but man, it's so hard sometimes. Ice cream is just to tasty
Killed my workout today. Chest, shoulders, triceps then a 15 min cooldown walk. Went heavier or did more reps than I did last week

A few pictures of me be doing workouts this week. I managed 5 workouts this week. First time in MONTHS since I was able to hit 5 workouts in a week Been a few times in the last year getting 5 workouts in for a month was a challenge.
