unrelated backstory: so my country is having our national elections in may this year and i did this to get myself through a 3 hour session of presidential interviews on 1.5 speed (for any one who could relate get out there and watch the jessica soho presidential interviews rn if you havent already the boy abunda ones are,,,,, i mean they do a try but yagirl kmjs is just another level) while i also just wanted to play around with hikari's hair for sanity

i planned to do more with this or clean it up but after finishing the interviews ngl i was just kinda done. there are probably more interviews/election related media in the coming months though, so maybe expect more rough doodles as i try to get myself through all that shit 😩😩 this country got no peace but at least i could project it to these 2d bbs right

was working on some digimon secret santa exchange art when i remembered i had some pending art i wanted to do in return for @digitalworldbound's tanabata takari fic so here it is before we get to the christmas art and before the year ends 😩😩

the fic is actually way more serious and angsty and i did try to make angsty art there were tbh several attempts,,,, over the past few months ngl but i really couldnt get any of them right so i just made a version where ya girl had a good tanabata and some fireworks 🥲physically incapable of making sad art yet

anyway, again check out @digitalworldbound's tanabata takari fic if you want a vivid, angsty literally fiery sexual tension realistically tragic takari oneshot ;_____;

tried out a new style with this one (cause i ngl had no idea how to do a closeup with eyes) so its also essentially an amateur adapted redraw of きみの一瞬 (of a girl in a yukata at hanabi) by this super great artist しぐれうい! do feel free to check their art out it’s wildly, professionally good!

Takari Week 2021 Day 4: Rainy day

just sharing an umbrella on a rainy autumn day cause one of them forgot their umbrella at home (not saying its takeru but it sure aint hikari smh) in return takeru lends hikari his uniform jacket for extra protection, though the sleeves are a bit too long. hikari’s just twirling around anyway having fun with its looseness and with how it smells surprisingly nice

and ofc takeru folds his sleeves up just like yamato

the idea is takeru asks yamato for some favor he can’t do for some reason, so yamato says “come on, put yourself in my shoes” and takeru being takeru just goes “i could do the whole get up if you want”, while ever supportive hikari just comes along for the ride
