it is genuinely hilarious how the Hand Jumper fandom keeps collectively forgetting Doyeon Lee. every single time i see a "Lee family" edit or post it's ALWAYS Sara, Samin and Sayeon. it's like the exact opposite of when fandoms get really annoying about male characters to the point of overlooking the women. no one gaf about that man. he contributed a wee bit to the existence of his fab daughters and then died. their ma perished a bit later too but SHE'S constantly haunting the narrative so still seems to be extremely plot relevant. meanwhile the only thing i remember about him is that only two people cried at his funeral and his wife wasn't even one of them

deadass i was paying for the family netflix in HIGH SCHOOL , like it was so cheap a teenager could afford it on an allowance (i didn't have an allowance so i paid for it with commissions and other odd jobs i was picking up back then)

and they didn't house-lock your account accessibility back then either so you could still freely share your password with others

this shit is insane
