As for their roles, Xeno is definitely on the dark side (that much is clear), but I don't know about Stanley. Logically, he's also on the dark side, but unlike the original villains, Xeno operates from a distance. Stanley, on the other hand, appears as an addition (not always) alongside the akumatized villains.

As for François, it's a bit more complicated. He (she) has been carrying the talisman since the beginning, even before the appearance of the talismans in Senku and Kohaku.

(In our case, instead of two talismans, three were lost).

I'm interested in portraying François in this role as a neutral character who doesn't take sides and only helps out of his own free will from a distance.

(For example, he could transform in the kitchen warehouse and create a sense monster that would protect the Ryusui and Sai, if that's important to François specifically).
