Ahhhh my free evening though. Went to a yoga class that left me feeling marinated and tripping. Cooked sukiyaki budget version. Baked a rhubarb cake thing to bring to the office tomorrow. Listening to erykah badu on the phone speakers in bed

Will delete this later but I bumped into an old friend who was always a bit of a weirdo in a funny way and later not so funny way. Actually he materialized on the bike path just when I was tired of talking to this old guy called Memo who approached me to make bike gear business and then wouldn’t stop talking about his bike trips to southeast Asia. Anyway we walked together for like 20 minutes and he described how he got really into keto and ate 100g of kale every day (he was always like that, he had a a phase of sleeping on the floor, a phase of walking really funny). This reminded me of how I once was sitting with him in a nasty leather couch at a rave somewhere in northern Stockholm almost ten years ago completely high on MDMA and desperately trying to describe the concept of a drawstring like it was the most important thing in the universe
