The fourth riding of the Turkey!
I did a jack-o-lantern twice...this one is better.
I helped a guy propose to his wife. It would have been very awkward if she said yes to me.
Someone asked me to draw a cat. So I did. It was Xmas time.
In response to a friend riding a jack-o-lantern for Halloween, I rode a sugar skull.
Worlds collide. #coffeeandbikes and #errandonnee on a wet day. Next up, my toast. (at The Mill SF)
I messed up on the first cupcake so I did it again.
My next art ride was a mix of text and a picture. I learned there was a bike club devoted to eating cake. I asked to join by doing this one. Writing letters backwards is often a good way to do it and takes more concentration.
I really like Trouble Coffee so I did some art for them...needless to say, they were unimpressed.
My first go at script writing. It actually turns out better than print as the letters flow together. This was for Chris Phipps and his first Masters Nationals win in OR in pouring rain and hail.
This was my first true Stravart. Seemed like the right thing to do on July 11, 2013. Instead of getting a Slurpee (the ride ended at 7-Eleven) we opted for a coffee and toast at Trouble Coffee.
I have @ParisCycleGeek to thank for this idea. Here's a map overlay of all my rides to and from work from when I started in April. I clearly take the same routes most of the time, but have mixed it up quite a bit. fwiw, this is 6 months of commutes.
StravArt: The ride that started it all for me. I like the serifs, but need to work on my planning. Doing words backwards would have been good here.
So my plan with this blog has been to feature other silly things I do on the bike with GPS, however, I haven't gotten around to it. So here's a Ride Every Road compiled image of Sea Ranch, CA plus some extras around the area. While this is only 5 rides it took about a year to complete as we are not there very often and there are so many fantastic rides to be had.
Time flies
With 2014 over half over I figured i should start updating this tumblr with things that happened since the completion of "the project".
I'll start with a list and then plan to expand on each as I can remember...

Nine Months Late.
I removed the asterisk from the Ride Every Road SF project about nine months ago and I'm just now getting around to posting the ride. This was Hunter's Point Shipyard which is closed to the public. It just so happened that there was an art open house so a group of friends and I rode around and took some photos. There was actually more security during the open house than normal so it was harder to get around. I may someday go back and get other roads (most were torn up), but I'm calling this good for now.
Ride SF. All of it. turned 1 today!
Now to update it!!!
