Week 13

What is working? The online class is flexible and I can study at my own pace. The lectures and materials are easy to access anytime, and I can balance it with other responsibilities.

What is not working? Some topics are hard to understand without hands-on practice. It’s also easy to get distracted when studying from home.

How do you feel the project is coming? I feel good. I am learning new things, even if it’s slower than in a regular classroom.

What are you learning about running a business? I’m learning that managing time and staying organized is very important. Planning ahead and keeping up with deadlines is key.

What are you learning about yourself? I am disciplined and motivated to learn, but I need to be more focused and make time for hands-on practice.

This week has been interesting for my start-up.

What’s working: People like my product idea and some posts on social media got good attention.

What’s not working: I’m having trouble managing my time and there are some delays with suppliers.

How I feel: I feel good. The project is moving slowly but I’m happy with the progress.

What I’m learning about business: Things don’t always go as planned. Listening to feedback and being flexible is very important.

What I’m learning about myself: I’m patient and creative, but I need to be more organized.

Week 12

This week I spent more time working on my idea for online classes for pharmacy students. So far, some things are going well. The idea feels useful because many students struggle to find good explanations, and studying from home saves time. I also feel more confident about the direction of the project.

But some things are not easy. Creating the lessons takes longer than I expected, and I still need to think about how to reach more students. Sometimes I feel unsure about the best way to organize everything.

Overall, I think the project is moving in the right direction. I’m learning that running a small business needs patience and planning. I also learned something about myself I actually enjoy teaching, and I’m more organized than I thought.

This week, my business is improving slowly but steadily. My product organization and customer communication are getting better. Sales are increasing little by little.

However, online marketing is still a challenge. I need to post more often and find better ways to reach new customers.

I feel happy with my progress so far, even though there is still a lot to learn. Running this business is teaching me that planning and time management are very important.
