Sit, be still and, listen. Most often, when you listen, you understand better. Nature has a lot to teach us about people around you. Filter through the noise and you get what you really need.

Unfold your own myth. I will start my post with these words, extracted from Rumi’s poem. It resonates a lot with me as I end the year. It has been a tumultuous 2 years for me which has left me with enough frustrations - unsaid - as I teach myself patience and calmness and to swallow it all in. But I have faith in God Almighty, that He will take care of me and know what’s best for me in all that chaos. I found my core, my centre. Connect, use my own experience to speak the truth instead of retelling the experience of others. This ability has brought my self-esteem and self-confidence to the next level. Be me. Be authentic. Finally, I can let go of the beliefs, habits, actions and relationships that continue to diminish and disempower all that I am. In each moment, through each choice, I unfold my own myth.
