MY WILL SOLACE HEADCANON:
Imagine Will having a panic attack due to a trigger from the Giant War because he'd been ignoring his feelings and trauma in order to help others and be their sunshine doctor.
He might be thinking abt one of his siblings or a camp friend that died and would beat himself up about it thinking that if he'd been quicker at healing others, his friends might've lived.
Then before Will would know it, he'd be breaking down in the infirmary all alone with no one to comfort him.
Because if he's catching others, who will catch him?
And that just breaks my heart because doctors and healers are so underrated because some Campers might scorn Will and the other Apollo children for not physically fighting in the war when they don't realise that The Apollo children go through just as much as the ones fighting do.
Imagine having to heal, operate or amputate on someone you know, someone you speak and smile to everyday, and then suddenly they're bleeding out infront of you and you put all of your willpower not to breakdown at the sight of them.
Imagine the gut wrenching feeling thinking that you couldn't save them and that even if you did, you'd have no clue what will happen tommorow, if their body will have energy to heal. This is probably what Will and any other Apollo Camper thinks every single day.
If that's not trauma then I don't know what is.
So salute every single fricking Apollo Camper out there because without them neither Camp would've have survived everything they've been through without them..
