Seles was taking a walk around the city alone like she usually does, seeing as the sudden rain had hindered her chances of doing so for the past few days. That, and both Sebastian and Tokunaga had tried insisting her that she don’t walk alone (which was then followed by an Absolute).
As she continued her stroll, she saw a group of people crowding over something. Curious, she went over to take a look as well. In the center, a familiar red-cladded swordsman with hair that defied gravity was found, looking rather flustered.
“Lloyd!” she called out to him, moving past the others to be at a closer distance to the brunette. “It’s been a while! How have you been?”
Fidgeting awkwardly from foot to foot, Lloyd was in the middle of wondering whether he should just sort of sidle away very casually with some short remark about the nice weather (although he couldn't really pull off stuff like that- dammit, where was Zelos when you needed him) when he heard a very familiar voice.
"Hm?" He perked up and turned around hopefully at the sound of his name.
The moment Lloyd saw someone he actually knew elbow his way out of the crowd of people, his face broke out into a wide and rather relieved grin at the sight of a familiar face.
"Hey, Seles! Long time no see!"
She was looking well, which was great. He said as much before stepping a little closer to her side in an effort to make the conversation slightly more private.
"Anyways, things are okay! I mean, I've been pretty bored lately since nothing big's been happening, but I kinda like it that way for a change."
He shrugged a bit and didn't think too hard about how awful it actually was when he had nothing to do.
"How've you been? Everything good in Meltokio?"
