idk I just feel like yapping about my Baldi AU, Baldi's Basics New School, cause I can and I'm very silly like that, so here's some random fun facts in no particular order
-Baldi likes dancing, he loves listening to music but only certain kinds, he can't handle loud music like rock or heavy metal as it interferes with his hearing modules, sorta like the tape
-Speaking of the tape, the tape is a precautionary measure Susan gave to Principal in case he malfunctions
-Susan did infact make Baldi for the school, Principal needed a math teacher (since none of the interviews went.. well..) and getting sick of people not meeting the requirements he needed, he just had one made exactly how he wanted, with the caveat that said math teacher has Dyslexia, but at this point, you take what you can get </3
-Baldi doesn't actually have a favourite student, he will say "you're my favourite student!" To literally everyone to make them feel good about their math results, even when they have bad grades, he'll still stay they're his favourite
-Baldi.. can't remember her face.. he can remember her voice and her name.. but.. not her face.. he doesn't know why..
-There's reasons why each student is at Summer school, Playtime is there because she can't stay home alone and Principal doesn't have anyone to babysit her, 1st Prize just kinda lives there, Beans is trying to catch up on tests and homework, Bully is kinda being forced to, just because your dad's the principal, doesn't mean you get to fail your tests and skip class, Arts is mainly there cause he doesn't like being at home, Coda has extra work to do (and to pick up his friend's notebooks) and all the various students just have lost items they came to look for, they aren't here for any other reason really
-Filename2 is actually still in the school, he's just hidden extremely deep within the code, parts of the code protected and out of view of B.A.L.D.S.U.M. He doesn't want to be purged like his other half.
-Ive mentioned it before but New School is after the old schoolhouse was updated after the NULL malware was purged and Baldi was reset back to his original coding
-The only reason why Baldi slaps the ruler is so the students can hear where he is since he makes no other noises when searching for them while playing Math Hide and Seek. He has no malicious tendencies or wants to hurt them, he's just making it fair for them, it's why when he snaps his ruler, he doesn't catch them even when he's found them, he's not gonna be a cheat and use his quiet footsteps to sneak up on them
-The NULL malware was actually making Baldi extremely irritable and hyper aware of all sounds, it's why he could hear bad math and why he got so angry when a student failed a question. I mean, if you had this buzzing sound that only you could hear 24/7, when the slightest loud sound could suddenly go off like a bomb and you could hear literally everything, you'd be pretty irritated too
-Baldi is aware he's a robot, he knows he was made to be a teacher
-Dr Reflex does actually have typical clay support wires inside his body and tinfoil to bulk out majority of his body
-Mrs Pomp is the English teacher :]
-Chalkles is actually the Art teacher, he's the one that's drawn all the lil doodles on the chalkboards
-and Test is the Business Studies teacher, everyone just.. falls asleep in his class, he doesn't do anything about it-
-Cloudy is the other janitor if that wasn't clear, she blows the dust and debris down to the ends of long or tight hallways so Gotta Sweep has an easier time picking it up when doing his run
-Baldi's love and interest in science and tinkering with things comes from Susan <3
idk if this is enjoyable or anything, I just wanted to vomit out thoughts I had
