note that in the tnotg timeline carys has stopped having sex with akira and has stopped sleeping around in general because he's caught up with astutia and this funny little thing called monogamous commitment.

also note that at the time of carys and akira's funky sleeping arrangements, carys was unaware akira was maki's brother, and akira was unaware that carys and maki knew (of) each other. small world.
