+++ Contemplating the deserted and derelict scenery where the perfectly pale, inconsolable beauties are pictured, one is faced with a dystopian cult: The sleek, gloomy gowns and the bizarre headdresses tell of a heavy-handed theocracy, a puritan feminist dystopia. “Her Public Confession” is a dire political prophecy, a dark vision of a global cult that does not end with a broken feeling of discernment or a drunken love for authority.

The geometric patterns, flowing earth colored skirts and shiny patent complimented by the taut poses of the models elude to a clothing specific to castes and classes. Like all regimes and cults, they solely depend on their true believers: A Public Confession would be the only and last resort.
