Was all the discussion between the artists done solely with the other mod? Is there a way for you to compile all the art (including those for the charms and such) that was done for this zine into a doc to share with those who have paid anyways? We have all been very patient for such a long time that I don't think a refund will be viable, but even if it is a lot of time and effort went into this zone from the contributors and I know that I still want to see our hog.
There are two mods, Mod Ash the finance / shipping mod and me, Mod Kathi the social media / organizing mod. The entire Zine communication happened between all of us on discord so everyone knows all.
We have thought about it and decided to release a free PDF for everyone, including all illustrations and merch designs. But almost half of our contributors do not log into the discord channel anymore...
