I wish I could have found my passion sooner and if you start something new I’ll be excited to see it.” 

“ When you have the creativity then I can only imagine. There is a lot of creative people out there, but not many that do much with their creativity.” He shot her a small smile. “ Everything happens for a reason, or so I like to think.--Hey so I was wondering if you wanted to see this art show that was um, going down at the L.A.M.C.A.---I figured it would help in the creativity department.--It’s okay if you’re busy I just uh, figured I’d ask and stuff you know.”

“I don’t know – some people got those weird fetishes. You hear a lot of weird stories when you are on the road, thought I don’t think my brother would like me to repeat them.” A brow raised slightly. “Comic and Manga are two different things. I mean – I like some manga. But I like comics more. Especially Marvel.”

“---Yeah--I don’t---I mean I know what you mean but I really hope I don’t fall under that category. People consider my undying love for cereal weird---but cereal is gods gift to man.” He pointed out. “Is this real life, are you an angel from another universe?”

“It’s okay I’d feel the same way if someone was touching my drawings, they’re important to me. Your comics are important to you I’ll remember that before touching them.” Nodding as he began eating filling her in on all the things she’d missed. Rob was a good friend to have he made her laugh which she could use. “That’s great are you going to do it? As for me still creating building and bridges.”

“ Sort of a corny hobby I picked up since I was a kid. I don’t have any actual drawing talent but I am pretty sure I come up with some kick ass concepts.” He tossed back out while devouring the slice of pizza he held in hand. “Not sure yet, I mean I am pretty occupied with Adventure time, but another project couldn't hurt. Now when you build these bridges are you there at the site instructing people?”

“Ya never know – some people are into that kinda shit.” There was a small roll of her shoulders. “I’m sorry –, I’ll keep that in mind next time I take a look at them.”

“WhO! Who would be into that---matter of fact...I rather not know.” The thought of it caused the lanky male to shake his head. “ I didn't know you where really into comics. Half the time everyone mistakes them for anime.”

“I’m sorry, I- I didn’t know.” Rosie said handing him back the comic book before sitting back on the couch.Sitting on her hands to not touch anything else. “So what’s going on with you? What’s new?”

The lanky male sighed, knowing he had over reacted. The nerd in him completely came out and even then did he forget that wasn't a good look. “Sorry, I didn't mean to spazz. I haven’t taken these things out the wrapper in 20 years.” He explained. Taking a seat across from her the boy swooped up a slice of pizza. “ Nothing much, the network wants me to voice over another show. So there’s that. What about you, building bridges?”

“You don’t touch a mans comic book, especially not this one , that’s like grabbing my ball the balls really fucking hard and asking if I like it.” Scrawny fingers slipped the comic back into it’s sleeve carefully. The man treasured the book as if it where an actual child. “All better.”

There has been times when I’ve been tempted to throw a fork at them or something ..but then again, I’d rather not be known as the guy who attempted to murder someone for stealing a few pieces of food. Still, my food. Don’t touch my food.

I think that is a honorable death. I mean what better caption to put on your tombstone other than, “dude with the great hair but never admit it” If you’re going to go down, go down like a legend.
