The Bone Structure of the Land
The Last Goodbye
Locals called it the Welcome Tree or the Hello-Goodbye Tree near Taos, New Mexico.
Since this photograph was made, the tree has fallen. What remains is the memory—and the photograph.
To honor the tree, I'm offering a limited-time discount on prints of The Last Goodbye. WELCOMETREE10

Through the Arch
Photographed at Fisherman's Bastion in Budapest, this image explores the relationship between architecture, perspective, and discovery. The stone arch frames a visual journey through stairways, towers, and layered historic architecture beyond.
Prints available through my website.
A quiet interaction between friends became one of my favorite photographs from Budapest.
A Shared Moment Budapest, Hungary
A reminder that sometimes the most memorable travel photographs are about people, not landmarks.
Three Eyes
Rows of terracotta roof tiles, white chimneys, and three unusual dormer windows create a quiet architectural study in Prague. A simple detail becomes something playful, rhythmic, and unexpectedly expressive.
Study in Yellow and Blue #4
A weathered door. An aging window. A warm yellow wall.
Photographed in Prague, this image explores how color, texture, and proportion can transform an ordinary architectural detail into something quietly memorable.
The Last Lights On
The chair was empty. The street was quiet. The colored lights remained.
Photographed in Prague after dark, this image explores the warmth that lingers after people leave and before the next day begins. A small corner of the city illuminated against the surrounding darkness.

Where the Evening Waited
The umbrellas were folded. The tables were empty. The lamps remained lit.
Photographed on a quiet evening in Prague, this image explores the atmosphere that lingers after people leave and before the next day begins. The city becomes quieter, but somehow more revealing.
Fine art photography from Prague, Czech Republic.
Around the Corner
One of the things I love most about Prague is how often the city rewards curiosity. A turn down a side street can reveal centuries of history, warm light, and moments of unexpected quiet.
Photographed beneath a medieval tower late at night, this image explores the spaces between destinations—the places where atmosphere becomes the story.
Prints available through my website.
Rain changes the way a city feels.
Photographed in Prague's Old Town Square, A Pause in the Rain is less about a destination and more about a moment. Two figures share the same space without sharing the same experience, while rain softens the city around them and reflections spread across the cobblestones.
The image explores themes of presence, memory, weather, and the quiet interactions that occur within public spaces.
Now available as a fine art print.
The Stones They Leave Behind
Candles, photographs, and stones left by visitors transform a centuries-old monument into a continuing act of remembrance.
Photographed in Prague's historic Jewish Cemetery.
The Weight of Names
The scale of history is difficult to comprehend until it is placed beside a single human figure.
Photographed in Prague, The Weight of Names explores memory, remembrance, and the relationship between one person and the countless lives represented before them. The vaulted architecture creates a space of order and permanence, while the solitary visitor provides a point of entry into the scene.
Rather than offering answers, the photograph invites reflection on how places preserve memory and how individuals encounter the weight of history through quiet moments of observation.
A Walk Beside the River
Some photographs are about destinations. Others are about the moments in between.
I photographed this scene along the Vltava River in Prague on an overcast autumn morning. The National Theatre sits in the distance while two pedestrians move through the frame, turning an architectural view into something more personal.
What interested me wasn't the landmark itself but the relationship between people and place. The river, stone embankments, benches, and trees create a sense of permanence, while the figures remind us that cities are experienced through movement and observation.
Many of my favorite travel photographs come from these quieter moments—times when nothing dramatic is happening, yet the atmosphere says everything.
A Walk Beside the River is part of my European Texture & Light collection.
Prints available through my website.
The most interesting part of this gallery wasn't the artwork—it was the people experiencing it.
Shared Attention Prague, Czech Republic
A quiet study of curiosity, observation, and connection.
A summer storm moved through Prague and left behind a few minutes of remarkable light. The rainbow was fleeting, but the atmosphere lingered much longer.
Between Storm and Evening Prague, Czech Republic
Prints available through my website.
A storm was moving into Prague when the last sunlight briefly illuminated the city along the Vltava River. Those few minutes transformed a familiar view into something far more atmospheric.
